Shipping
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Right now I ship to: The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Luxembourg. I’m working on adding more European countries soon. If you’re in another EU country, DM me - often I can arrange it.
Orders are prepared within 1-4 business days after payment. Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Returns Ditha Wisse Collection
I hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to return
Email info@dithawisse.com with your order number and the reason for your return. I’ll get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For peace of mind, I recommend using tracked shipping as the parcel stays your responsibility until it arrives back with me. Once your return arrives, I’ll inspect it and email you an update. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns Vintage Collection
Because each Vintage Collection piece is one-of-a-kind, all Vintage Collection sales are final. This means I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, fit or personal preference. I truly recommend checking the product description and photos carefully so you can feel confident in your choice.
