Where are your clothes made?  

The clothes are ethically produced in collaboration with skilled artisans in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. I ensure fair working conditions and exceptional craftsmanship.  

What makes your brand sustainable?  

My designs are timeless and seasonless, made to last. I prioritize ethical labor practices and minimize waste in production.  

Do you have a physical store?  

At the moment, I operate exclusively online to keep things efficient and accessible for everyone.  

Ordering and Shipping  

Where do you ship?

I currently ship within Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. I hope to do international shipping one day!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.  

Can I track my order?  

Yes, once your order has shipped, I will send you an email with a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.  

My package was returned to sender. What do I do?  

If your package is returned to me, it’s often due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout. I can reship the package once the original has been returned and additional shipping fees are covered. If the package does not return to me, I cannot offer a refund.

How do I know which size to order?  

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re unsure, feel free to email me at info@dithawisse.com for personalized advice.  

Are your clothes machine washable?  

Check the care instructions on the garment label for the best cleaning results.  

Will you restock sold-out items?  

Some items may be restocked based on demand. Sign up for the newsletter or follow me on social media to stay updated!

How do you ensure fair labor practices?  

I personally visit the sewing studio in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The owner employs several skilled women who are paid fairly and work under ethical conditions. The studio ensures a safe and supportive working environment, with reasonable hours and respect for workers' rights. This commitment to fair treatment aligns with social responsibility. What kind of materials do you use? 

During my visits to fabric stores in Jakarta, I took time to carefully select materials that are comfortable and meet my design vision. I started with a clear idea in mind but found inspiration from the wide variety of fabrics available.
