Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping  

• Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.  

• At the moment I only deliver to countries within Europe. I hope to do worldwide shipping one day! 

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.  

• Shipping times vary based on the destination and method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.  

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. I am not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.  

Shipping costs:
- Within the Netherlands: €4.95
- Within Europe: €12.95

2. Returns  

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.  

• All items must be free from odours and/or cream (garments that smell of perfume, perspiration, smoke etc. or have visible marks of sunscreen, moisturizer, makeup etc. will not be eligible for return). Please take care to confirm your garments meet the return standards before shipping.

• To initiate a return, contact me at info@dithawisse.com. Include your order number and reason for return.  

• The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and for the return expenses. The item remains your responsibility until it arrives back to me, so please choose the right packaging to avoid damage in transit. I cannot offer your return if the package gets lost or arrives damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
