All prices listed include VAT (where applicable) and are subject to change without prior notice. I make every effort to display product information and colors as accurately as possible. However, I cannot guarantee that your screen’s display is completely accurate. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate information.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors or stock issues.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include iDEAL and credit card. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
5. Shipping & Delivery
I ship within the Netherlands and to selected EU countries - Belgium, France, Germany and Luxembourg. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
6. Returns
You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. For detailed information on conditions and the return process, please see the "Shipping and Returns" section. To initiate a return, contact me at info@dithawisse.com with your order number and reason for return.
